American Tall Case Clock

Chippendale tall case clock in Cherry wood features bonnet with pagoda form crest surmounted by 3 ball brass finials above the astragal glazed door by columns.  The filigree brass dial with silvered boss inscribed: Isaac Brokaw Eliz.th town 1788.  The waisted case with astragal arched door above the box base with scalloped apron and bracket feet.  Origin New Jersey, provenace; Israel Sack, Inc.
